This is written as though you do not have any Martial Arts experience. If you do, I apologize for making such an assumption. We offer a beginner program that is designed to safely and effectively get you in great shape. The class is formatted and taught with the premise that participants are: out of shape have no Martial Arts experience at all not the least bit flexible or athletic. Every exercise is attemptable, and therefore attainable. I am not sure if you are doing anything to stay in shape right now. If you are following an exercise routine, it will only help. We offer classes in the morning and evening. Our programs are age appropriate, meaning that adults train with adults. We have separate classes for children.
